I do not concede ownership of my painting!

This painting was taken to Houston without my permission  around 2003, I consider it stolen.
Recently I received this message:

Dear Mr. Calzadilla, 

I purchased a beautiful piece of artwork I believe you painted in 1984. Attached are a couple of photos for you to look at. This is one of my favorites and I really love this piece. It would be amazing if you could shed some light on who the woman in the image is, why you painted her, and what inspired you to do so. Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
